A pacifist and insular nation, it is technically not a state, given the absence of a true government. Rather, it is led by a series of spiritual who serve as both secular and religious authorities. Despite their peaceful nature, Tenzians produce some of most powerful psychics of Shyuu. They signed a treaty with Fa-Rei, offering resources and open trade routes in exchange for protection from Ulanese raiders. Their dominant faith is Karuna, with pockets of shamanism still persisting.
