Talzistan

Culturally similar to Qadar, the Talzistanis once joined them as part of a larger empire. However, it's people rejected the the claimed spiritual authority Quadar's rulers, which led to a bloody religious war and the south's subsequent secession. Talzistan is a loose confederacy of tribes and ethnicities, and is one of the most diverse of all the nations; it's almost as decentralized as the Free Islands. There remains much tension between Talzistan and Qadar, as well as with Rhasmapatra.
