Hoshidon

The Hoshidonese Empire once waged war against the Fa-Rei Kingdom in an attempt to conquer it, but that was centuries ago; now, they maintain a peace treaty together, though Hoshidon still influences Fa-Reinese politics. The Hoshidonese are known for their extreme nationalism and xenophobia, and are often regarded as arrogant both politically and as a people. Their civilization is ruled by several Samurai Lords (Daimyo) who answer only to the divine Emperor. Hoshidon's official religion reveres spirits and gods, of which Amaterasu, from whom Emperor claims descent, is the head.
