Quadar

Ruled by a single sultan, Quadar, along with Talzistan, are the only nations in Shyuu who follow a monotheistic religion, called Ibadah. Locked by a vast desert to the East, tundra to the North and ocean to the South and West, Quadar's society has developed with little interference from the rest of Shyuu, and is among the least culturally diverse (not including coastal cities). Dabbling less in martial arts and more in divine and arcane magic, the Quadarians also are known for their advanced technology relative to the rest of the nations, and for their developments in astronomy, mathematics, and engineering.
